This is a blurry picture of the beer I brewed a while ago. I’ve been saving bottles to try over time, to see how it matures. I tried one a few weeks ago and didn’t like how the flavor had mellowed. However, the living thing that it is, it’s changed again. It’s a perfect amount of mellowness to the flavor. It’s got better lacing, more body and a creamy head.
I’m proud of how my baby is growing up.
